Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Ftesa Ime lets you create digital invitations, share them by a unique link, and collect RSVPs from your guests.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where required).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content;
• upload content you do not have the rights to use;
• add guests' contact details without a legitimate basis to contact them, or send unsolicited bulk messages (spam);
• attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service — for example to render your invitation and deliver it to the guests you choose.

6. Guest data

You are the controller of your guest list and are responsible for having a lawful basis to invite those people. We process that data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Free service & paid plans

The service is currently free and shared invitations carry a subtle “Ftesa Ime” mark. We may introduce paid plans in the future; where payments apply, they are processed by our payment provider and the applicable terms and prices are shown before purchase.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the service or other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after changes means you accept them.
